 lived her entire life in the southeastern part of the state. She graduated from Northeastern Oklahoma State College in Tahlequah. Since 1992, she has worked at several different schools giving her a much diversified experience as an educator. Mrs. Judkins and her husband, Philip, are the parents of three children; Brandi, 22 years old and in the Army, Chance, a Sophomore at Talihina High School and Parker, a 3rd grader at Talihina Elementary School.
